Trauma Mental Health Training in Haitian Creole

The Haiti Health Network funded the development of this ten-week mental health online training in Haitian Creole to address trauma experienced by the people of Haiti. The training has had much success. 98% of participants felt the training had a positive impact on their professional life, including an increased knowledge of mental health, improved ability to support others, feeling better equipped to share about their own mental health needs, or feeling encouraged to seek support for their own well-being. 100% felt the training had a positive impact on their personal lives, including an increased knowledge of mental health, improved ability to support others, feeling better equipped to share about their own mental health needs or feeling encouraged to talk to people in their life about mental health needs.
