This discussion guide leads Christian groups through a exercises to help them learn how to have a healthy family, with related scripture. Couples are encouraged to take full responsibility to ensure a safe pregnancy for the mother, seeking medical attention and advice. It includes descriptions of danger signs warning of problems during pregnancy. The guide encourages that both parents, including the father, should be engaged in a healthy pregnancy and delivery, as well as raising and providing for the children, including encouraging recommended vaccinations.
